Exclusive Essences: A Delightful House for Fashionable Single Men

An Exquisite Blend of Dark Colors and Elegant Lines

The Exclusive Essences residential house, designed by Lien-Ho Li, stands out with its unique approach to dark colors and elegant lines. Unlike traditional LOFT elements, the design magnifies the exquisite textures of dark colors, creating a delightful space exclusively tailored for fashionable single men. The house showcases elegant lines that expose the unique characteristics of the space and smooth traffic flows, displaying genuine design ideas.

The applications of decoration materials in Exclusive Essences strike a balance between aesthetic compositions and environmental protection. Through innovative experiments, the design work seamlessly integrates technology and lifestyle, reinforcing its uniqueness and originality. The 80-square-meter space is a testament to the designer's commitment to creating a harmonious living environment.

The small house boasts complete living functionalities, with the display cabinet on the right of the entranceway mirroring the style of the kitchen walls. The delicate dining table, positioned perpendicular to the TV wall, serves as a vista and guides the traffic flow between the living room and kitchen, effectively utilizing the limited indoor space.

Located in Taichung City, Taiwan, the Exclusive Essences project was completed in 2017. The design was inspired by the house owner's travels in Africa, where he acquired art collections from the aborigines. The wall on the left of the entranceway is adorned with fisheye-style animal skin and drum sticks, symbolizing cherished and pleasant memories.

The design of Exclusive Essences presented several challenges, including finding the right balance between aesthetic compositions and environmental protections. Through innovative experiments and a commitment to uniqueness and originality, the design successfully integrates technology and lifestyle. The efforts put into consolidating diverse tangible and intangible values are now evident, showcasing the designer's skills and aesthetics.

Exclusive Essences was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2019. This prestigious accolade recognizes designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and ingenuity, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
